The more we became acquainted with Mr. Wine, the deeper our respect became for him. It is rare to find someone with knowledge and integrity in this day and age. Mr. Wine is one of these rare gems.
I found Jeff Wine very helpful this past year. He first found me a house in my price range. He went out of his way to find me at a job site to give me the details. We signed a contract, then Jeff took care of the rest. The closing was made to look very easy with no detail left out. Yesterday I closed on a house, I was out of town the entire time it took to sell. The house was not up for sale, but Jeff knew I wanted to sell, he and his team came up with a person who needed what I had. That is the second time Jeff did that for me. We can't say enough about the character of Jeff Wine. He was always very attentive and returned phone calls promptly. When something needed to be done in the line of selling our house, he would even do it himself coming with a toolbox in hand much above and beyond what we would expect. He sold it within one month. We did not have one complaint.
