Jeff was very helpful and understanding of my goals in trying to sell my brother's house after dealing with an unfortunate family situation. His interaction was comforting and very much appreciated.

We were the kind of buyers who would try the soul of any mortal. For over 2 years Mr. Wine aided us, educated us, shepherded us, and showed us properties. This process was because we were sticklers thinking we knew exactly what we did want and what we did not want. I found Jeff Wine very helpful this past year. He first found me a house in my price range. He went out of his way to find me at a job site to give me the details. We signed a contract, then Jeff took care of the rest. The closing was made to look very easy with no detail left out. Yesterday I closed on a house, I was out of town the entire time it took to sell. The house was not up for sale, but Jeff knew I wanted to sell, he and his team came up with a person who needed what I had. That is the second time Jeff did that for me.
